As a tour manager and frequent live music advocator, I got sick and tired of going to a place where an artist was performing and not having any resources to offer them. They might not be looking for management now, but those who want to grow and turn a hobby into a career will eventually need a “keep things together person.” That’s our job. No big shot label pressure, no cut throat decision making, just a hands on approach with the artist and their vision, in order to allow them to focus on creativity and not emails, phone calls, scheduling, etc!
